REGISTRATION
Please print off the following registration form and bring it to the rehearsal.
- Registration opens in September of each year
- No new student registrations will be accepted after the December 31 of each choir year
- A registration fee of $15.00 per family is payable by registration day and is non-refundable
Rehearsals & Cancellations
All rehearsals are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month (September – May). Our rehearsal location is Evangelical Free Church located at 2910 E. Lincoln Street in Bloomington.
If rehearsal is cancelled, you will be notified by 10 am by e-mail. The website home page will also be updated with a cancellation notice. Any additioinal rehearsal information will also be posted on the website. Additional information will be posted on WMBD-TV News 31 (Channel 7) school cancellation service.
Rehearsal Schedule
- Treble Choir 1:00 p.m. – 1:50 p.m.
- Concert Choir 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Rehearsal Etiquette
Please be respectful of the other activities that may be in progress at the church during our rehearsal times. We are guests at the church, and we are not sponsored by the church, or any of its ministries.
- Remain quiet as you enter the building as other activities may be in progress.
- Arrive early enough to use the restrooms, pick your music folders and be ready to warm ups at 1:00 p.m. Treble Choir and 2:00 p.m. for Concert Choir.
- You may ONLY bring water bottles to the rehearsal room.
- Concert Choir members should help replace chairs in racks as appropriate.
- All students should return music folders to the folder crates or rehearsal assist for your assigned group.
